Thank you very much for an EXCELLENT flight this past Saturday (July 1, afternoon flight). My wife and I enjoyed our first balloon ride together to celebrate our 1 year anniversary.

We greatly appreciate the professionalism of the entire crew. Lucas was an excellent pilot in both his personability as well as his focus on safety. The ground team should also be recognized for their enthusiasm and willingness to answer even the most basic of questions. What a TEAM they are!
