I want to thank you very much for your hospitality. It has given me a new prospective of your balloon flights. Lucas, your pilot and team must be complemented on their professionalism. The two couples with us from NY and TX, as are most visitors to Lancaster County were here to experience the Amish life style. We landed on an Amish farm and our two couples had the unique experience of being surrounded by several Amish families which included many children, who helped us to load the balloon into your truck. The flight was most beautiful and had its way of pulling Lancaster County's physical features together. After working 15 years at the PA Dutch Visitors Center, I never imagined the ideal way to meet and work with our Amish is on a balloon flight.

I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I took a ride on one of your balloons and loved it. We went to Lancaster for our 10year anniversary. My husband had no idea what I had planned and boy was he happy when he saw the balloon. I must say that the professionalism from the moment I called to make the reservation to the time we pulled out of the driveway at the end was EXCELLENT!! When I called the girl was extremely helpful and answered all my crazy questions. The ride was fabulous. We went at 6am on July 11th. Our pilot was Dariush Farzad and he was terrific. He really put me at ease. He too answered all our crazy questions. We had a lot of fun up there with him. The ride was beautiful. Our chasers were also excellent and very funny. We were loved it so much that we went back the next night to see the balloon off. We have told and passed out about 15 of your business cards to people. We would definitely fly with you again. I am very excited to book another. So thank you to your wonderful staff in making our special day truly one we will never forget.

Simply put, it was one of the most thrilling, magical and memorable travel experiences we have enjoyed in our three decades of world travel.
